Assignment
Print the attached Document or use Google Draw or other electronic drawing/writing tool to complete the intial model for the phenomenon (tetraplegic woman moving a robotic arm to bring a drink to her mouth).

Make sure you include ALL of the Must Haves listed on the form for BOTH a healthy individual and the tetraplegic woman. It should take you no less than 20 minutes to complete this model. Take your time and do a thorough job.

The intial model will count as a quiz grade and is worth 10 points. Turn in your initial model to this assignment tab.

1) View the short video on a conclusion paragraph for an informative essay
2) Write your conclusion paragraph
3) Create a Reference Section at the end of your report. You can use MLA or APA format.
4) Now that you have finished your first draft, please MAKE A COPY FOR YOURSELF and submit your full Draft Report to this tab for credit. We will be conducting Peer Review of reports on Monday.

I have included a link to help you with in-text citations and references. Also, please feel free to use your Languague Arts book for guidelines as well.

3) Revisit your guided reading page 7, Genetic Engineering in Bacteria. Make sure you go over your drawings using colored pencils or fine tip markers or crayons, to distinguish the plasmid, from the inserted gene for insulin. Also, make sure you have included the description of what is happening in each step (not just the drawing).

4) Read and take notes in your science notebook on the Newsela.com article, Tale of a Top Banana.

5) Please fill out short survey about your e-learning experience in science class.
