September Soaring Eagles

The Soaring Eagle Award was started this year by administration. Teachers have an opportunity each month to nominate a student who demonstrates one of our school norms which are community, growth, respect, innovation and service. The following students received the Soaring Eagle Award for the month of September.



  1. Charlotte from Preschool 3s for demonstrating the act of respect and service by being a kind and helpful friend and comforting her friends when they are sad.
  2. Caroline from Preschool 4s for demonstrating the act of growth by taking the initiative to be helpful, kind, caring and welcoming a new student into class.
  3. Jonathan from PreK for demonstrating the act of respect by going out of his way to help his classmates.
  4. Adeline from Kindergarten for demonstrating the act of respect by being polite to teachers and her classmates. Adeline has good manners and always says please and thank you. She is also a good role model to her classmates
  5. Michaela from 1st grade for demonstrating the act of respect and growth by going out of her way to be a good helper to anyone in need.
  6. Makayla from 1st grade for demonstrating the act of community and service by being very kind to others in class. She helps put chairs up, erase the board, and reads to others when they are stuck.
  7. Bradley from 2nd grade for demonstrating the act of community and respect by being a great friend and role model. Bradley is kind to everyone and works hard in class.
  8. Benjamin from 3rd grade for demonstrating the act of respect by showing classroom leadership. Ben is always kind and helps his classmates.
  9. Madelyn from 3rd grade for demonstrating the act of community and growth by always helping others in class and leading by example.
  10. Frankie from 4th grade for demonstrating the act of community and growth by exhibiting growth intellectually, spiritually, and socially. Frankie works very hard and always tries his best. He demonstrates what it means to be a good friend!
  11. Natalie from 6th grade for demonstrating the act of service by creating a growth poster as her welcome back to school art. Natalie goes above and beyond and is always striving for excellence in class!
  12. Ella from 7th grade for demonstrating the act of respect by always being prepared for class. She enters the room quietly and gets right to her work. She is kind, encouraging, and is an extraordinary example of being respectful.
  13. Morgan from 7th grade for demonstrating the act of growth by working so hard in class and asking so many amazing questions.
  14. Joe from 8th grade for demonstrating the act of growth by being ready to learn, to participate and do great his 8th grade year.
