Today will be your Mathia day, as I see that no one went in MATHia yesterday.
Get your MATHia 60 minutes done today, so you don't have to spend your Easter weekend working on it.
Remember it is due Sunday evening. Any work done on Monday will count towards next week.

Please place your phone or tablet directly over the page (looking down directly on the page), do not take the photo from the side. If you leave our calls early, you still need to complete the activity or pages we were doing on the call.

Welcome to eLearning!
Today, I need you to complete the documents you started on Friday in class and then we will finish Lesson 1 in your textbook. I will be available online during school hours to answer any questions. You can send an email or post a class or private comment here in the classroom.
1. Finish writing in your own words how to perform each of the specified conversions. (page 1 of attached document)
2. Use those procedures/rules to complete the other 2 pages. Where is says to EXPLAIN your answers, I need you to write sentences about what approach you took, and why you chose that approach.
Example: Convert 13/20 to a percent.
I used the scale up approach because 20 is a factor of 100. I multiplied the denominator by 5. 20 x 5 = 100. Then I multiplied the numerator by 5. 13 x 5 = 65. This gave me 65/100. Then I took the numerator and added a percent sign to get 65%.
3. Complete Page M2-118 in your binder - Talk the Talk.
Check your email for a picture of the document(s) you started on Friday, so you don't have to start over.
