4th Grade Math

E-Learning

Monday 3/16

Watch this video about decimal basics. This should mostly be a review. Then, in your math textbook, complete page 335 #10-19. You can do this in your notebook or on a separate sheet of paper.

Tuesday 3/17

In your math textbook, complete page 337 #10-19. You can do this in your notebook or on a separate sheet of paper. When you are done, please take a picture and email it to mgerbatsch@stfrancislz.org
This was supposed to be the assignment yesterday, but there was some confusion with the page numbers. If you are using the online textbook, it is page 335. If you are using the hardcover textbook, it is page 337. I have also attached a screenshot of the problems you should be completing. I you already did this yesterday, that means you are done with your assignment for today.

Wednesday 3/18
Watch these two videos (part 1 and part 2). These go along with lesson 13-6 on pages 343-343 in your textbook. Then, work on #1-9 from the picture below. If you have your workbook at home, it is the Reteach side of 13-6. When you are done, please email me a picture of the completed assignment.

Thursday 3/19

Watch the 2 videos at the bottom of the page titled “Math 3/19”. These go along with lesson 13-6 on pages 343-343 in your textbook. Then complete the 13-6 Practice page in your workbook. I have attached a PDF of this assignment at the bottom of this webpage.

**Please see the bottom of the page for information about turning in assignments**

FriYAY 3/20

Watch the video at the bottom of the page titled “Math 3/20”. This goes along with lesson 13-8 in your textbook. Then complete page 349 #9-22 in your textbook. You can also play this math game or this math game to compare decimals when you are done with the written assignment.

Turning in Assignments:

I have created a Google Folder for each student and share it with a parent. Rather than emailing me any work or wondering if your student submitted the assignments, everything should be uploaded here. Pictures, documents, etc. can all be uploaded into this folder. This takes the place of you sending me emails of homework assignments. Hopefully this will give everyone consistency and clarity on turning in assignments. I have created two instructional videos on how to upload assignments both on desktop computers and on mobile devices.

Monday 3/30
Watch today's video at the bottom of the page reviewing decimal and fractions. Since we have had a week off, I wanted you to spend some time reviewing so that the next few lessons are easier. If you scroll down you will see the PDF of today’s worksheet. You can print this out or just do it on a separate sheet of paper. Upload to your Google Folder when finished.

Tuesday 3/31

Watch today’s video about decimals and fractions on number lines (found on my e-learning day webpage). After some technical difficulties with uploading the video, I was able to put it in this folder for you to access as well. Please email me if you are having trouble viewing. After watching the video, complete the front/ reteaching side of workbook 13-5 (PDF attached below).
